    What counts as a post?

I've only read the forum so far. I started writing now. I recently responded to posts on two topics, but the number of posts in my profile did not increase. So the question is, do replies not count as new posts, only self-written posts?

PS This new thread I started myself didn't increase my comments on my profile either.

Posts in the support sections increase bean counts.
Posts in the discussion sections do not.

Questions & help in the support areas.

Discussion sub-forums & this Feedback forum do not count.

Thanks. I didn't think about this simple reason, even though I also work in IT. It seems that, among other things, it works differently on every forum.
