I installed that but, as you noticed, I still had disconnection issues from 3.2 to 3.10. Now everything seems to work better with 3.8 + 3.10 backport.

The backport drivers are not installed when you install ubuntu they are not part of the kernel but you use to be able to install them with software center, since 13.04 it was removed from the repository.
So the driver you installed is not the same that comes with ubuntu.

So, a backport is a backport, I won't find it in 3.10 as well.

I was thinking that it would be fantastic to have the router to reboot itself every x minutes automatically, but I think this is impossible. It's easier to have it if I was always connected, but I'm not.

Hi, I doubt it is the same issue because it worked for five days.
Did you install any updates?
Did you look at the updates to see what was being updated?
Did your computer lose its power supply?
Copy and paste this command in the terminal (ctrl+alt+t) please:
It will download a script and create a file named wireless-info.tar.gz in your home folder with wireless information so we can see the condition of your wireless at this time and the Mac address, WPA key and WEP key are removed for your security, then reply back, click on the paper clip and attach the wireless-info.tar.gz file as a zip file.Code:wget -N -t 5 -T 10 http://dl.dropbox.com/u/57264241/wireless_script && chmod +x wireless_script && ./wireless_script
If you do not have ethernet either then follow the directions at this link for running the script without internet.

In these days disconnected and reconnected immediately, so I thought it was solved. Maybe I've only been lucky?
Yeah, in these day I installed Raring latest updates: compiz. I didn't upgrade the kernel though.
